1. Initiating direct investments in private companies in Pakistan.

2. Funding through venture capital.

• Clear exit strategy within next five years

• Steady revenue streams

• New technology applicable in or for basic industries

• Major part of produce is exported

• Acquisition of stake in ongoing concern

• Acquisition of stake leading to expansion
